Gerda Boele works independently and commissioned. She took painting lessons for five years and one year of sculpture lessons. Trees, nature, symbols en colorful people appeal to her as subjects.

Other influences on her work are her faith and what goes on in the world, near and far. Her work has been exhibited several times and is displayed on her website www.vormpunt.nl.
